what do you guys think/know about Nila powder?

I use rose water mixed with Nila powder as a toner throughout the day, here's my routine:

everyday AM+PM: cerave hydrating cleanser

sunscreen ofc

I cycle my skincare routine as follows

day1: AM cleanse ,adapeline ,sunscreen PM: cicaplast

day2: repeat day one

day3: no adaplene l, just sica and cleanse and slug

day 4: repeat day three

day5: wash, sunscreen+ moisturizer NO adapeline, glycolic acid toner at night and cica

I'd pass on NIla Powder - it is a waste of time. It is literally a blue pigment, so the alleged "brightening effect" could be simply the pigment traces remaining on the skin right after use.

I love your routine otherwise! 👍. See if you really need 2 rest days from adapalene, but if you feel they help you avoid irritation, stick to it!
