when is the best time to use this product ? Should it be used in the morning before moisturizer or after moisturizer , or is it best used at night & if not time is best what step would i use this product in? thank you

Actually any of these steps would work! :) You can use it either in the morning or at night (or even both), and it can go either before or after your moisturizer (but definitely before a sunscreen). The order will not affect the penetration of the vitamin C derivative this product is using. Because it's a squalane-based oil, it might feel too rich before the moisturizer, sunscreen and makeup (if you wear any) in the am, so than the night-time application would work best. Also, if your moisturizer contains actives that target anything else beyond hydration (e.g. a retinoid, niacinamide, peptides), I would apply it before the C.E.O. Oil.
