Overall your routine looks pretty good. You are definitely missing a daily broad spectrum sunscreen (it has a huge overall skin health and youth benefit, but also prevents dark post-acne pigmentation spots).

I think you can skip the Pacifica Glow product, and focus on building the tolerance to the retinol serum so you'd be able to use it more frequently.

In case you'd like to add more actives, you could consider an azelaic acid product (could go either in the AM or PM). For example, https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/the-ordinary-azelaic-acid-suspension-10

Hi I have been using the la roche posay anthelios sunscreen but I really don’t like it so I didn’t put it on there I’ve been trying some new ones out.

I use the skin cycling method because I have oily skin so I don’t want to use more retinol than I am. The Pacifica vitamin C is just for my recovery cycle day for some extra moisture and to reduce redness but thank you! I will have to give azelaic acid a try I haven’t used that before

Just consider that for clearing acne, using retinoids more frequently is likely to be more effective compared to exfoliating more, even for oily skin. Most clinical studies that showed that retinoids are effective against acne were done using daily application. But you know your skin best, so don't listen to me if your "skintuition" tells your otherwise :) !

The reason I'd skip the Pacifica product is because it has a bunch of potential irritants in it, so it's probably doing more harm than good to sensitive skin. Just a moisturizer, or a fragrance-free hydrating serum + a moistruizer (if you feel "naked" without a serum 😊) would be best for recovery days.
