Affordable Exfoliants, eye cream, and retinol

I’d like to start skin cycling - because of my acne prone/sensitive skin, specifically:

Night 1 - exfoliant

Night 2 - retinol

Night 3-5 - recovery

I would love recommendations on an exfoliant, retinol, and night cream for these steps. I plan to use my niacimide b-jo serum on recovery nights, as well as regularly use my argirline drops for my eyes. Also looking for a great eye cream!
