Hello there! I think we can help make your routine more effective.

First, I'd reduce the number of products and potential irritants. Acne is an inflammatory condition, so we need to "calm down" your skin. Removing risky irritants and reducing the number of actives (and other ingredients) is a good idea.

Second, introduce 1-2 potent anti-acne actives (for example, a retinoid every other night and azelaic acid daily).

Third, I'd make sure you have solid non-irritating basics in your routine: broad spectrum daily sunscreen, ideally fragrance-free moisturizer, and a gentle cleanser (your current cleanser & moisturizer are not bad, but since we need to reduce the irritation risk, I'd go for even more gentle, fragrance-free options).
