Morning:
Rinse with water - pat dry
(You can use your cleanser but ONLY if you need it! If you can get away without it, don't!) (The fewer times you wash your face during the day, the sooner your sebum production will calm down.)

Night:
Boj cleansing balm - remove makeup - use your hands, rub it in, rinse off.

Little notes:
So there are ingredients that are actives, and ingredients that are "inactive" and soothing. The actives will agitate the surface of the skin to some extent and the inactives will help to calm things down. I'm gonna add an A to the actives so you know which products are going to agitate. The rest will be calming.
Don't use cotton pads or rubbing with any towels. Only pat dry and you can be generous with the cleansing balm if you used a lot of eye makeup.
Morning:
Rinse with water, pat dry - don't rub
You can use the cleanser if you feel you HAVE to. If you can get away without it, don't!
Moisturize
Sunscreen
