PM - Everyday
Use a generous amount of product to remove all dirt, sunscreen or makeup in one step. There is no need to double-cleanse. It is a good idea to always finish cleansing with a splash of clean water to remove any residue from the cleanser. Most people only need to cleanse their skin with a cleanser once per day, at night. It is the first step of a night skincare routine.

Notes for myself:
Do not use cocokind ceramide serum or byoma moisturizer after exfoliating or the morning after exfoliating. Both have lactic acid. Vitamin c serum is okay the next morning.
Hydroquinone on nights I use adapalene, don't put on my eyelids.
Use topicals as a spot treatment. Do not use under my eyes with Hydroquinone or on exfoliating nights.
Trying Cicaplast baume at night for sebaceous filaments.
Use one exfoliant at a time.
Use together
