AM - Everyday
Use a generous amount of product to remove all dirt, sunscreen or makeup in one step. There is no need to double-cleanse. It is a good idea to always finish cleansing with a splash of clean water to remove any residue from the cleanser. Most people only need to cleanse their skin with a cleanser once per day, at night. It is the first step of a night skincare routine.

Avene Retrinal Eyes, Avene 0.1 Retrinal Cream, La Roche Posay Toleriane Double Repair Mositurizer, Neutrogena wrinkle repair retinol cream on my neck, décolletage & back of my hands
On days with no actives:
AM/PM: Shiseido Clarifying Cleansing Foam, Shiseido Vital Perfection softener and moisturizer
When my skin needs to rest:
Bioderma Sensibio micellar water, Vanicream gentle cleanser, Avene Cicalfate Repairing Protective Cream, Avene Cicalfate Restorative lip cream
