Skincare routines with:
AOA Skin Green Tea + Vitamin E Cleansing Balm
My face is recovering from an adverse reaction to trying a Riversol Skincare 15-day sample kit after day 5. Using this regimen for the next 2 weeks to help restore my barrier before I add any actives. I double cleanse to remove mineral sunscreen (worn daily, sometimes reapplied) and makeup (worn occasionally).
PM - Everyday
Use a generous amount of product to remove all dirt, sunscreen or makeup in one step. There is no need to double-cleanse. It is a good idea to always finish cleansing with a splash of clean water to remove any residue from the cleanser. Most people only need to cleanse their skin with a cleanser once per day, at night. It is the first step of a night skincare routine.

My new regular routine after I rebuild my skin barrier. I expect to begin this on 01/21/23.
UPDATE: This routine has helped my skin immensely. My barrier was restored with my first routine, and this is going very well. I have noticed a bit more skin congestion on my forehead and cheeks and I suspect the Baby CeraVe is a bit too emollient for twice-daily use. I will be looking for another moisturizer without pore-clogging ingredients to replace the Baby Cerave, but I plan to cycle it back into my routine when necessary. I alternate my actives -- I do not layer them on the same day.
