I think this is a great routine for your goals. I'd just suggest to be extra-careful with the Drying Lotion - it contains camphor and it could be triggering for rosacea (but might be ok if you only use it on inflamed spots).
Another thing to check is if you are applying enough of the Cicaplast SPF Baume during the day (it's texture is quite think, but you still need to properly cover your face to get the sun protection). In case you notice that you are not applying enough, you could consider going for a mineral-based sunscreen. Also please do not use the Cicaplast Baume with SPF at night (there is a version of the same product without SPF).
