How to find the right esthetician?

I LOVE this page. I have a question, how do I find an esthetician that uses not irritating product. Im trying to find one but they always use "high end quality products" like dermalogica, PCA or Image. Those brands are hell expensive and have A LOT of irritants in their products. Like no esthetician uses Cerave or Cetaphil or just various brands to eliminate the bad products. Most of the times I leave an esthetician my skin is worse. :(
