I started developing Milia on my eyelids

I think the combination of the sleeping mask and sunblock was creating too much oil on my forehead which was creating these milia deposits

I knocked this problem on the head instantly with a natural remedy from my osteopath. It was simple and so effective I have never suffered since and would recommend everybody to try this instead of spending money on useless products.

You could try to use an eye cream with PHAs for a very mild exfoliation, something like this: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/neostrata-restore-pha-eye-cream

An eye cream with a low concentration of a retinoid (for example, retinal) is also a good option. https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/neostrata-restore-pha-eye-cream

If you’d like to go for both products, you could use the PHA cream in the AM (under a sunscreen) and the retinal at night (or vice versa). Or on alternating nights

I’d try not to use other products in the eye area (apart from a sunscreen and cleanser at night)
