It's a great anti-aging moisturizer, but it is not suitable for sensitive skin because of an increased irritation risk. It combines AHAs & PHAs (in low concentrations) with perfuming ingredients that increases the risk of irritation.
The "star" ingredients in the Neutrogena Rapid Firming Peptide Cream is a combo of glycolic acid, gluconolactone and an amino-acid derivative N-acetyl tyrosinamide. A similar formulation was tested in a clinical trial sponsored by Neostrata, and it showed quite impressive improvements in face wrinkles. Of course, more studies are needed to confirm this compound reliably works.
If not for the perfuming ingredients, this moisturizer would be a perfect addition to an anti-aging routine with a retinoid.
All-in-all, it is a good product, but be careful if your skin is sensitive
