Eye UVA/UVB protection

Hello,

I would like to ask about eye UVA/UVB protection. I am happy with P20 body and face but both sting my eye. I am looking for a eye protection. Any recommendation?

Many thanks to everyone. Happy summer

Overall, mineral-based sunscreens are the least likely to sting eyes, so you could buy a separate mineral-based sunscreen to use in the eye area. Mineral sunscreens often leave a white cast and the texture tends to be thicker/finish shinier, but often it's less of a concern in the eye area (a bit of dewy finish won't look to greasy there). Here are all the mineral-only sunscreens in our database: https://whatsinmyjar.com/search/sunscreens?filter_type=Mineral%20only

You could also take a look at sunscreens marketed specifically for the eye area - even if they use organic (so called "chemical") filters, usually the manufacturers make an effort to test that the product doesn't sting eyes. They are more expensive though, especially if you take into account the smaller packaging they usually come in: https://whatsinmyjar.com/search/sunscreens?category_body_part=Eyes&spf=30%2B&sortBy=Irritancy
