I think your routine is already solid! If you'd like to add more potency, I can suggest two options:

1) Add an ascorbic acid serum in the AM instead of the Paula's Choice Antioxidant concentrate (product options - gentle: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/cerave-skin-renewing-vitamin-c-serum or with high concentration: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/beautystat-universal-c-skin-refiner, https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/paulas-choice-resist-c15-super-booster).

2) Slowly increase the frequency of retin-A to every night (you could try using it two days in a row and then one day break, until you can tolerate it daily).

For both options ideally you'd minimize all other irritants in your skincare, so you might want to consider stoping the Facetheory moisturizer to reduce the chances of irritation (you get more skin benefit out of a concentrated ascorbic acid product and/or daily retinoid than from the extra exfoliation from the Facetheory moisturizer)
