La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo+ cleared my hormonal acne within a week or so. It also seems to have a pretty good rating here.

Have you considered adding a retinoid (maybe adapalene if it is available to you - it's OTC in the US)?

If you can tolerate it, it might be a good idea to try it and reduce exfoliation in your routine (reducing the frequency for the Versed solution).

You also have a few of the same actives in your products - for example, azelaic acid is in Skinoren (the highest concentration - you really don't need any additional azelaic acid in the routine), and also in the Facetheory Porebright (low concentration), in the Versed solution (low concentration). Salicylic acid is in the Versed solution and in the Facetheory moisturizer (added up it can easily get too much and actually make your skin more prone to inflammation because of overexfoliation, especially combined with other exfoliating acids in the Versed solution). Niacinamide is also repeated in the Versed solution and both Facetheory products.

You could choose a more hydrating and "basic" (as in no exfoliating ingredients) moisturizer with a solid concentration of niacinamide (e.g. something like this https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/eltamd-pm-therapy-facial-moisturizer) to help you reduce inflammation, continue the Skinoren and add a retinoid (a more hydrating moistruizer can also help you tolerate it). You wouldn't need to use a separate niacinamide serum then. You can then add an exfoliator with salicylic acid (like the Versed solution) a few times a week (if you are tolerating the retinoid well).
