Are there any eye shadows that are safe to use by people with eczema on the eyelids?

There is no 100% safe product to use with eczema, unfortunately. At the same time, it might be possible to find one that you can tolerate well. A mineral-based eye shadows (brands like Bare Minerals) might work because they typically contain less ingredients. Still, please check the ingredient list in detail and see if you spot anything that you know you are sensitive or allergic to. Even though a brand markets itself as "mineral", it can still use the same colorants and pigments as others.
