I'd recommend you to stop the 2 products out of your routine:
- Cien Day Cream - it can contribute to inflammation because of the irritants it contains, plus it also includes emollients that in theory can clog pores (Myristyl Myristate and shea butter). It also contains UV filters (even though it doesn't claim SPF), so you shouldn't use it at night any way.
- Medik8 Blemish SOS gel: it contains high percentage of alcohol and also a potential irritant, rosmarin extract, so despite having other great ingredients like niacinamide and azelaic acid, I would not recommend it. Instead, you could use an azelaic acid serum daily (it helps with skin clarity and skin tone): https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/inkey-list-azelaic-acid-serum.

You could consider adding a retinoid to your routine, first 2-3 times per week in the PM, a few product options: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/indeed-labs-retinol-reface-serum, https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/cerave-resurfacing-retinol-serum, https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/beautypro-retinol-1-overnight-serum. If your skin tolerates it well, you can increase the frequency to every other night, and then every night.
I'd also recommend you to use a gentle cleanser in the PM as the first step in your routine. For example, this one: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/simple-kind-to-skin-purifying-cleansing-lotion (I'd recommend using a generous amount with your fingers first, and then rinsing off with water)
