Due to a life-long battle with major hormone issues and stage 4 endometriosis and PCOS, I went into perimenopause at 34. My usually low-maintenance skin was drier than I could have imagined and sensitive to seemingly everything. Nothing worked long-term. It was too strong or ineffective. I started using Veracity (thanks to WIMJ for reviewing them upon request) and within weeks I had my younger skin back. Wanted to tell my story in case anyone else has gone through something similar. Avoiding all fragrances and “natural oils” eg citrus peel, rosemary, etc. was also crucial. Best of luck!
Thank you for the compliment. And learning about the strong correlation between skin and hormones is very eye-opening, for sure.
Thanks for the recommendation, will check them out! Cutting out fragrance & essential oils like the ones your mentioned has done so much for my skin. Not enough people talk about that.

I hope this line or another one along the same lines works for you!
Unfortunately they don't ship to the UK atm :( hopefully in the future though!
Maybe this one can come close? I think they ship to the UK: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/skincare-for-sensitive-skin-dr-elsa-jungman-oat-power-moisturizing-serum
I was only able to add one pic to my post but their “regeneration” serum is amazing and truly my favorite. It’s nearly identical to either Skinceuticals Vitamin CEFerulic serum or (maybe better- and cheaper!) Drunk Elephant Vitamin C with Ferulic and vitamin E serum. Drunk Elephant is actually a near-perfect match sold here in the States as they don’t allow essential oils or fragrance, are pH balanced, and hormone-disrupter free. :)
Thank you for sharing, Emma! We're so happy to hear our products have worked for you :)
Thank you so much for sharing this Emma! You look beautiful!
Hormonal changes and perturbations affect skin so much. They are stronger than topical skincare unfortunately. It was my personal learning as well to take it easy on actives the moment I knew the source of my skin issues is internal. Thank you so much for the product recommendation!
