If you look at the two products attached you'll find that their only difference is that one has "Tocopheryl acetate" in it and the other one "Avena sativa kernel oil".
Both ingredients help to moisturize but since both ingredients are at the bottom of the ingredient list we can infer that these ingredients do not make a completely different product.
What is different though is the price tag:
The recommended retail price for the adult version on the neutrogena website is: $17.49
And for the kids' version it is: $15.99
