Regularly reapply sunscreen! And don't use skincare with drying alcohols, fragrance & essential oils.
Simple natural daily consistent routine. More than 5 ingredients - watch out! Diet will be more important than any product you buy
I love this advice. Simple is beautiful
Leave your eyebrows alone, wear sunscreen and don't tan you face/decollatage.
Don't scratch the mosquito bites cuz you'll scar, get in the habit of washing your face and moisturizing everything, and really really reapply sunscreen so you don't get that horrendous burn on your chest and breasts, sun spots and scarring just make it more sensitive and accelerated the aging process.
Use anti aging products starting in your 20s
Do not be so harsh to your skin
Do not be so harsh on your skin. Wear Sunscreen if you needed any that means checking the weather before you go out and use physical barrier and follow the ABC method. Be happy
