To find effective anti-ageing
- without irritating skin (peels, retinol.... can be too strong)
- without causing breakouts and oiliness, for a skin with a lifelong struggle against (adult) acne.
I do not know how to get rid of my acne, skin congestion. Unsure if it’s acne or maybe milia. I am likely using too many actives. I pick at my skin.
Does it work?
Knowing which products can and can’t be used together because of ingredient conflict. For example, I thought peptides shouldn’t be used with vitamin c because they cancel each other out, but then I see products that contain both. It also really limits which products you can use because a sunscreen might sneak in some lactic acid but then you can’t use a vitamin c with it.
