Nope, do not buy that face wash that smells of grapefruits. It won't work for acne. Nope, the one that smells of menthol also won't. 😜Want something that smells nice? - Buy a candle.

Unfortunately topical products can’t do much for puffiness, despite what they advertise. Cold massage with an ice cube or a spoon from a freezer can, and, of course, more sleep and heathy eating can help.
