I am breaking out on my chest and upper back mainly. I imagine it would be something with BP or salicylic acid? If you've used it, did it dry out your skin? Thank you!

Yes, a wash with BP especially can make a difference. You can try something like this: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/differin-daily-deep-cleanser-bpo-5. It is likely to make your skin dryer, but a good but simple body lotion should be able to help. I did not use it on myself, so judging just from the formula, not experience.
