I’ve been used advance night eye by Estée Lauder for a very long time, but would like to move away a sim getting more fine lines and it doesn’t feel as effective anymore. However whenever I try to move away I get milia under my eyes from other products.

Hello! Please look up Alastin's Restorative Eye Complex. Great clinical studies for tightening and should cause no irritation to the eye. Also remember that it is the thinnest skin on our whole body so using your ring finger when apply anything to the eyes is ideal for minimal pull and pressure. A little bit of product goes along way with the under eyes, so always less is more in that area to avoid milia.
last, the sun is the biggest aging entity, a good eye cream with spf during the day will help prevent any further wrinkles. Colorescience Total eye is SPF, concealer and a antiaging product in one and will give good sun protection whilst acting like makeup.
if you feel none of this is a good fit, id suggest a under eye retinol however sunscreen is required and can peel and flake under the eyes using vita A.
