Is there anything in the moisturizer that can affect the ordinary EUK 134 serum? Can I layer the serum under sunscreen?

Yes,you can use them together.
The EUK is very sensitive to direct acids. So , avoid them.

You can also layer the EUK 134 from the ordinary under your sunscreen - it is actually a good idea because the serum can boost the protection from sun damage.
