Effective for acne, post acne marks, and pigmentation?

Hi! I'm posting my routine to see if I can get some feedback on it. My main concerns are acne and breakouts, and post acne marks and pigmentation. I have combo skin with an oily T-zone, and rather insensitive skin that doesn't budge with gentle treatment. I wanted to make sure that the products I selected were a good fit for my concerns. Thanks!
