so i recently found out that i have PIE which is basically when acne leaves red, pink, or purple marks on the skin which is literally what all my acne scars look like. my acne spots/scars have been on my face for ages and i am really struggling to get rid of them. are there any ingredients or products that you recommend? i have heard that azelaic acid is quite good for PIE and have looked into it, but it would be really helpful if you could provide an honest opinion on the ingredient if you have tried it
