Hi, I’ve been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis on both my scalp and face off and on for years. I know typically people tend to struggle with flareups during periods of colder weather, but my flareups historically tend to occur during hot and humid temperatures. I have not been able to get my latest summer flareup under control, despite lots of research into ingredients to avoid and active ingredients to look for. I have been using Exuviance Gentle Cream Cleanser as my facial cleanser and Eau Thermale Avène Tolerance Control Soothing Skin Recovery Cream as my moisturizer for years. I will also use pyrithione zinc anti dandruff shampoo on my face & scalp in the shower. And then recently added Natural Aqua Gel Cure (gentle exfoliating gel) for exfoliation once or twice a week.
These are the only products I routinely use on my face. Scalp is mostly cleared up, but still really struggling with my face. Is there anything I could add or change about my current routine or any masks that may be helpful to add to my regimen?
