Niacinamide and Vitamin C??

I LOVE the sunscreen I use (Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotic SPF50+ PA++++) but it has niacinamide in it. Does that impact the effectiveness of the Vitamin C serum I use in my am routine? Many day creams contain niacinamide as well.
