Tan on face and hands

i have really sensitive skin and have only been using products with low irritancy. I use sunscreen regularly but my face and hands have tanned and I am looking for products which can lighten my skin but so confused what to start with because I can’t use products with high irritation. I seem to be getting sunspots tooI’ve heard kojic acid , alpha Arbutin , licorice, vitamin C and Niacinamide can help with it but I don’t know which product can be effective for my sensitive skin.Hope someone can help me out .
