Centella asiatica extract, irritating how?

What does the last sentence really mean? "It can be itself be irritating though " I feel like I saw this alot in other similar ingredients too, to me this sentence is confusing and even tried chatgpt to help me out lol. Does it just mean if the extract is in high concentrations, its pure form, or in specific product formulations?

My interpretation is that even for extracts/substances (as typically used in cosmetic formulations) that are soothing for most, some people will experience an adverse reaction. I also heard that aloe or even panthenol can be irritating for some (including full blown allergies). Obviously some of these extracts/substances cause problems for a higher number of people than others.

But if it isn't your problem than you don't worry, I guess?
