Cicaplast b5 Baume spf50 as daily sunscreen

hiii, as someone with acne prone skin and easily clog skin with a low budget, it is hard for me to find a good day cream with spf 50. However the cicaplast Baume spf 50 Checks all of my need but it says on the packaging that it shouldn’t be used as a suncare so I’m lost, do you guys think I could use daily ??

Ps : I already tested it last year and it hasn’t irritate my skin, but I don’t remember if a used it daily or not 😭😭
