Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 user

I have a question about the texture of this serum since I've noticed there're differences between US, Europe and Asia version. I'm so confused about it.

US version has a word "gel", contains only 4 ingredients and is basically a serum like liquid, no smell. Asia and Europe version both contains 11 ingredients.

Asia version is kind of watery and have a little smell of chemical. Europe version is a gel form serum, no smell.

You are right, they do have different formulations in different markets.

US version has these ingredients: water, phenoxyethanol, calcium pantothenate, sodium hyaluronate.

EU, UK & Australia version (I think the one sold in Asia is the same): AQUA / WATER • GLYCERIN • PHENOXYETHANOL • SODIUM HYALURONATE • CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE • SODIUM BENZOATE • SODIUM PCA • DISODIUM EDTA • UREA • TREHALOSE • POLYQUATERNIUM-51

From the ingredient list, I'd prefer the EU/UK/AU version - glycerin is a more effective humectant than hyaluronic acid. It is interesting though that they have a different formula in the US.

Yes, it's super confusing, I only noticed about this after years of using it.
