what is a good morning and evening routine to help with fine lines and age spots?

I have used Paulas products, Lancome, Estee L and others so I am not opposed to spending money if it works.

I need a good moisturizer with sun screen for day and a "treatment" moisturizer for night.

I have normal skin for age 68 but would like some help.

The gold standard for anti-aging is tretinoin and sunscreen daily. For supporting and healing the moisture barrier look for moisturizers with ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids in one formulation. Other than these topicals you need a gentle cleanser that will remove makeup and sunscreen at the end of the day. Cheers!

Garnier Anti age SPF 50 face cream is a good one comes in at 50ml. Are you looking for anything vegan / cruelty free or not fussed? If not fussed then I've heard good reviews with CerVe Moisturising cream that includes ceremide's and fatty acids.

Hello =) i’ve tried so many different brands, especially high-end brands likeJosie Maran,Osea,Biossance,Estee Lauder and I never really saw a big difference in my skin and I heard so many people talk about how great CeraVe was. I thought there is no way to drug store moisturizer could work, but I tried it and it really does look good. My skin is loving the moisturizer so now I’ve just been using all CeraVe. The vitamin C, and the retinol. And for sunscreen, I’ve been using the CeraVe tinted sunscreen or the Neutrogena mineral UV – tinted sunscreen. If you’re gonna try the CeraVe, I highly recommend when you get out of the shower and you’re still damp and slightly wet, put that moisturizer all over your body in your face and it will make your skin feel so soft and good. I will admit when I first tried it, I was trying to make myself not like it because I’m so used to seeing all this high-end stuff on my counter and just seen that plane moisturizer jar bothered me but once you get over the fact that it’s from the grocery store it really does work. It’s crazy, but it really does work. And the best place to buy the moisturizer is Sam’s Club or Costco. Good luck =)

I am a big fan of goop moisturising cream and ester lauder night repair. I have tried others and wilL again but those two are absolutely reliable clear skin, heavy moisture, no slime morning or night favourites.

Firstly you look amazing ! I’m having great success with a morning Vit C & evening Vit A routine. Medik8 CE Ferulic gif the vit C. Gives a little glow to the skin. Easily tolerated. Then evening Skin + Me prescription tretinoin. S+Me are a U.K. based prescription skincare subscription service. Dermatologists at Skin + Me assess photos of your skin and prescribe. You can do monthly or change each order date to spread it out a bit. It’s good value. The combine Tretinoin with niacinamide or other additives that soothe etc. but depends on how they asses your skin. They review and increase or decrease dosages as needed. They’ve started doing cleansers & moisturisers to complement their products. Dermatica is another similar service U.K. based. There is a similar service in the USA too. Also the Cerave hydrating cleanser is gentle and excellent morning & night. Just some suggestions to consider. Best of luck !
