Oral supplement question!

Hi everyone, this winter I've started taking hyaluronic acid oral supplements (Organika) to combat winter dryness. They're working great, this is the first winter in YEARS that my skin hasn't been a raw, red, peeling mess. I was curious if there are any other oral supplements with a decent amount of research and evidence that y'all swear by?
