Product comparisons which do you think is better? Face Moisturiser

Hi all, I'm currently using the REVOLUTION SKINCARE - Ceramides Moisture Lotion for my face and it does work great, keeps my skin hydrated but does make my eyes water sometimes throughout the day, not sure what's causing that. My goal this year is to reduce my spend on my skincare and simplify.

What do you think of these two Simple products i've listed compared to what i'm currently using?
