I noticed that there are significantly different ratings for the UK product versus the US. Are they both correct? If so why are they so different? Thank you.

Thank you for noticing! La Roche Posay UK listed the ingredient list in unreadable format unfortunately (that's the first ingredient in the product on their website: "AQUA / WATERGLYCERINISOSTEARYL"...), so it wasn't read correctly by our algorithm.
