Have you tried the simple am light moisturizer with spf? I used to use it with these products . It might be helpful to see what you’ve tried that hasn’t worked

Most recently I've tried the purified moisturiser with spf, the bondi sands spf 50, the nivea sun shine control spf 50 and the the no7 spf 30. These have all caused breakouts or redness. Most if not all are chemical so I was wondering if maybe I should try a fully mineral sunscreen next but a lot of them seem to not be a good match for very sensitive skin.

I know it is a long shot, since this is a very popular sunscreen, but have you tried La Roche Posay Anthelios sunscreen? For me that is the only one that never caused any issues and I have been using it for prolly over 5 years. I could never find any other one that wouldn't break me out. Another solution would be to maybe replace your daily cream with a non comedogenic gel moisturiser (e.g. Versed Dew Point Moisturiser) and try again with the sunscreens you already have.

Definitely try mineral sunscreen! I’m ~mega~ sensitive, oily, and acne prone. All chemical sunscreens give me tons of redness and an acne-like rash. Finding a good mineral sunscreen can be frustrating though.

Cerave makes a good tinted one (Cerave sheer tint mineral sunscreen), but the shade can be a little dark if you have a light skin tone. However, the finish is great and it plays well with makeup.

Kopari beauty (Korean skincare line) makes a great mineral sunscreen that feels super moisturizing. The finish can be a little oily looking/feeling though. If I’m wearing it under makeup, I use a setting powder on top of my foundation. End result is glowy instead of oily.

my current routine is mixing the two sunscreens mentioned above for a lighter tint and a smoother finish. Neither of them cause me any redness or breakouts.

Dime wonderscreen also gets great reviews, that one’s next on my list to try!

I really agree on the mineral sunscreen point! I spent years looking for a sunscreen that didn't make me break out and then realised I'm fine with mineral sunscreens (think zinc oxide and titanium dioxide) but chemical sunscreens always make break out. I've been loving InZincable SPF 50 by Dr. V.

I recommend avoiding products with alcohol denat and fragrance. My favourite is Avene fragrance-free fluid (spf 50).

Colorscience works best for my over reactive skin. They have several products that might work for you. I love their mineral calming primer and whipped foundations. The products allow your skin to breathe.

aveeno baby coninuous protection sensitive skin mineral sunscreen stick, it’s spf 50 and it’s waterproof and doesn’t sting my eyes, leaves a bit of a white cast if u don’t rub it in some, wouldn’t recommend on dark skin tones, it’s matte so it’s perfect for oily skin, only problem i’ve had besides the fact that it has a slight white cast is that it doesnt apply well over makeup. they’ve got a few different versions as well, it comes in baby form, adult form, and kids form, and it also comes in lotions instead of sticks. i have only tried the baby sun stick but honesty aveeno sunscreen has never let me down so i would give them a chance, hope this helps 😊
