That micellar water can be quite drying, and witch hazel can be VERY drying, especially if you don’t follow it up with a moisturiser. If you want to stick with micellar water, go with the milky version of garnier or look at a different brand that is kinder to skin.
If you’re wearing sunscreen and/or makeup in the day, you need to be using a cleanser at night not wipe-on micellar water - it’s recommended that for makeup and sunscreen you double cleanse first with an oil based cleanser, then with a water based cleanser. Don’t skip moisturising! Your skin produces more oil if it is dry and lacking moisture
