Hello from null

So confused, so much (mis)/information available but Dermatological Doctors and Journals can’t compete for space with all the ads. I need help with several issues, the main one being I have sinus tracts under my skin and vellous? hairs connected below the surface that pull skin in ways, erupt, eyebrows ears chin. hairs grow where they shouldn’t and don’t grow where they should. Have wasted so much money on products over the years but have always had problematic skin: acne and oily skin (much less since I’ve grown older) and now wrinkles in places they weren’t before. Need to spend on few most important good quality products price range just above drugstore and clean beauty desired
