Do I need a retinol or vitamin c?

Thanks! I am 33. Have some fine lines but I think less than average for my age? Would obviously like to prevent them as much as possible but I’m not sure if retinol is preventative although I do know it helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles. I already use a daily moisturizer and daily sunscreen.

Yes, retinoids can help prevent / reduce wrinkles, so now sounds a good time to add it for you. Ascorbic Acid can be helpful too! I’d just recommend to introduce a retinoid only for a month or even two, and when your skin feels comfortable enough with it, add an ascorbic acid product
