I am a woman of colour looking to even out my skin tone. I have some hyperpigmentation and 'age' spots, mainly on my cheeks and under my eyes. Looking for something effective - I have started on the Ordinary range but wanting to know about anything else X

There's a lady on YouTube called Dr vanita rattan who gives good advice for POC, I've found her suggestions to be great!
