Need help with a new routine! (redness and periorbital vasculature)

Hi everyone! I have quite a few concerns, such as redness (possibly early rosacea), uneven skin tone, puffiness and clogged pores (but no acne). So far azelaic acid and niacinamide were very helpful with that and recently I started using vitamin C derivative and a retinoid. However, my main problem is periorbital vasculature, which makes my upper eyelids look red and under eyes purple. So right now I'm about to try Isdin K-Ox eyes cream. Have you ever tried it? What's your experience? And lastly, what do you think of my routine? Is it over the top? Thank you and have a great day :)
