When I apply products such as Vitamin C or retinol and then add my regular moisturizer afterwards do I need to wait some period of time before I apply the moisturizer or can I just apply it right after the other product?

I don't think its much of an issue except for retinol. Caroline Hirons says tou should try and wait 20 mins after using retinol before you apply anything else

A couple of seconds wait (5-10 sec) is enough - just let is sink in a little so you don't mix the products while they are still on the skin surface
