Favourite moisturizer to use with tretinoin?

Most people recommend Vanicream or CeraVe but I only buy products from cruelty-free brands with cruelty-free parent companies. My go-to used to be Paula's Choice but I no longer purchase from them because of the buy-out. I live in a SUPER dry, SUPER cold, somewhat rural part of Canada so ideally I'd like to be able to buy from Shoppers or online. Thanks!!!
