I would look into retinoids to help control acne and reduce oiliness. To introduce a retinoid without causing the irritation trouble, I've "clean up" the routine first from unneeded irritants like fragrance.

So I'd remove both the Tonymoly ampoule & the Teatreatment toner, and replace them with one fragrance-free niacinamide (4-10%) serum.

I'd also reduce the frequency of the salicylic acid acne control to 2-3x per week.

The next super important part is introducing a daily broad spectrum sunscreen.

Once that it is done, you can try introducing a retinoid product slowly (2-3x a week for the first month or so, and then increasing gradually if your skin is doing well). Example product: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/bffect-granactive-retinoid-emulsion-2-gaba-serum
