Hello from null

hello!! my skin has these little bumps, no matter how hard i try they don’t seem to ever go away. i’ve tried cleansers, control acne gel but they never seem to go:( i would very much appreciate if any of you have any suggestions for me to try:D i also have dark spots under and on the inner corner of my eyes when i wake up, what should i do for that:o?
