Please advise on moisturiser (day/night) the LRP Baume is too much for whole face

I need to include general moisturiser for my whole face, the La roche posay baume makes me too oily and I only use for my cheeks ( where rosacea is)

Please advise on azelaic acid product ( cannot choose wich is the best)
