It can go anywhere after cleansing & toning (if you do toning) and before your moisturizer / sunscreen. It is a relatively simple moisturizing formula, so I'd apply any other serums with potent actives (like vitamin C or retinoids) before it to give the other serums a maximum chance at good penetration (even though this formulation shouldn't interfere).
